The Wiltshire Blind Association has always relied on the help of volunteers to support the wide range of services that we provide and we recognise the huge contribution our volunteers make to the effectiveness of our organisation.

What we expect from you
Maintain and uphold the good name and reputation of the charity.
Aim for high standards of efficiency, reliability and quality in all aspects of your contribution.
Co-operate, listen to and learn from members of staff.
Respect the need for confidentiality whenever you have access to restricted charity information.
Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and that of others.
Encourage two-way communication with other volunteers and paid staff, fostering a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
